This article covers what to do if your booking is displaying an Inquire button instead of available time slots or days on the booking site, or is otherwise not displaying available time slots.

Note: If none of your job types or mini-sessions are appearing on your booking site, see How Do I Display Job Types or Mini-Sessions On My Booking Site?

Publish your Job Type

If your Job Type shows a red eye-slash icon, this means it’s unpublished.

  • Edit your job type by clicking on the three-dot icon in the upper right corner.

    • From the Add/Edit Job type box, turn on the Publish toggle switch.

    • Save your changes by clicking on the Save Job Type button.

  • After making changes, check your Job Type’s details and make sure there is a green eye icon,

  • If you see No Schedule next to the Calendar icon, go to the next section.

Note: Make sure you’ve set up your Job Type options properly by following the How To Create a Job Type for Bookings article.

Check Your Job Type’s Schedule

  • If the text No Schedules appears in the box, you need to add your job type to an availability schedule first.

  • Read the How Do I Add a Job Type to My Availability Calendar? article for more information.

  • After adding your job type to your availability calendar, your job type should be available for bookings.
