This article covers how to use the weekly recurring schedule feature of your availability calendar.

Add a Recurring Weekly Schedule
From the Studio Manager dashboard, go to the Bookings tab and click on Availability from the drop-down menu.
On the Availability page, under the Weekly Recurring Schedule header, click on + New Schedule to create a new recurring weekly schedule.
In the Name field, type in a name for your new schedule. Click on the Save button.

Edit The Available Hours On a Weekly Recurring Schedule
By default, when you add a new weekly schedule, your available hours will be set to 9AM - 5PM on weekdays, with no available hours ("Closed") on weekends.
Under the Weekly Recurring Schedule header, you will see a weekly schedule starting from Sunday to Saturday.
Go to the day of the week that you want to add or edit.
Click on the available hours text, which may appear as an hour range 9:00AM-5:00PM or as Closed.
A text cursor will appear, allowing you to edit your availability on that day. Type in your available hours with the format “hour:minuteAM/PM” e.g., 8:00AM-10:00AM.
To set two different available hour ranges on a specific day, e.g., to use both 8:00AM-12:30PM and 3:00PM-5:00PM on Wednesday:
Click on Wednesday so the text cursor appears.
Type in 8:00AM-12:30PM first, then hit the Enter key on your keyboard to add a new line. On the new line, type in 3:00PM-5:00PM.
To remove your available hours from the schedule, highlight the text with the cursor and hit the Delete/Del key, or use the Backspace key.
The day will appear as Closed after you remove your available hours.
Edit or Delete a Weekly Recurring Schedule
On the Availability page, select the name of the schedule that you want to edit settings for or delete.
To edit your time zone, click on the button with the Globe icon with your current time zone (e.g., Pacific Time). You'll be redirected to your Settings page (see: Change Your Default Time Zone).
To edit the name of your weekly recurring schedule, click on the pencil icon button. From there, you can edit the name in the Add/Edit Schedule box.
To delete your weekly recurring schedule, click on the trash can icon button. When the Are you sure? dialog box pops up, click on the OK button.
