Step 1: Go To Your Availability Calendar
From the Studio Manager dashboard, go to the Bookings tab and click on Availability from the drop-down menu.
On the Availability page, select the weekly recurring schedule that you want to change the availability for.
Scroll down to the Schedule Override section and click on the Blackouts button in the top right corner.
From the Manage Blackouts box, click on the Add Blackouts button.
Note: To delete a blackout on your schedule, click on the trash can icon to the right of the description.
Step 2: Make Changes To Your Schedule
After clicking on the Add Blackouts button, there are four options for you to choose from.
Single Date: To blackout a single date, enter the date into the Date field.
Date Range: To blackout a range of dates, enter the start date and end date into the Date field.
Day of the Week: To blackout a day of the week (e.g. Tuesday), choose the day from the Weekday field drop-down list.
Month: To blackout an entire month, choose the month from the Month field drop-down list.
You can also add a reason or other description for these blackout time periods in the Description field (optional).
After selecting a day or time period to blackout, click on the Save button.
