To learn how to use your weekly recurring schedule, go to How To Add or Edit a Recurring Weekly Schedule.
Step 1: Go To Your Availability Calendar
From the Studio Manager dashboard, go to the Bookings tab and click on Availability from the drop-down menu.
On the Availability page, select the weekly recurring schedule that you want to override the availability for.
This is important if you use different schedules for different job types (e.g., Wedding Photography).
Step 2: Go to the Correct Month (Optional)
Scroll down to the Schedule Override section.
By default, the current month will appear.
To go to a previous month or a month in the future, click on the left or right arrows.
To go back to the current month, click on Today in the middle of the arrows.
Step 3: Override Your Schedule’s Available Hour
Click on the date that you want to change your available hours for (e.g. April 10).
A text cursor will appear and you can type in new available hours, edit the current hours, or delete them.
You must type in your available hours with the format “hour:minuteAM/PM”.
E.g., To set April 10's available hours to 8 AM to 10 AM, type in 8:00AM-10:00AM.
You can set two different available hour ranges on a specific day by adding a new line. E.g., to set April 10's available hours for 8AM to 12:30PM and 3PM to 5PM:
Click on the day April 10 and edit the available hours to 8:00AM-12:30PM.
When the text cursor is at the end of 12:30PM, hit the Enter key on your keyboard to add a new line.
On the new line below, type in 3:00PM-5:00PM.
When you use another feature on the page or leave the Availability page, a green toaster Data Saved message will pop up.
