Can I Edit The Confirmation Message For My Form Or Questionnaire?

You can write your own confirmation message for your clients, or redirect to a website by following these steps.

Step 1: Go To Your Form or Questionnaire

  • Click on Forms in the vertical menu or the horizontal menu.
    ​

  • Go to the Forms sub-tab next to the My Forms header, then click on the form that you want to edit the confirmation message for.

Step 2: Open The Settings

  • In the Form Editor, click on the Settings gear icon in the upper right corner.

  • From the Edit Settings panel, click on the blue Confirmation Message text.

Step 3: Edit The Confirmation Message and Save

  • From the Confirmation Message box:

    • To display a message after the form is submitted, click on the Show Message radio button. Type in your message in the Enter a Message field.

    • To redirect to a website after the form is submitted, click on the Redirect to Website radio button. Type in the url in the Enter a URL field.

  • Click on the red Save button to save your changes.
