How Can I Auto-Create Contacts From My Form Or Questionnaire?

Follow these steps to automatically add clients who fill out a form or questionnaire to your Lightfolio contacts list.

When your clients fill out a form or questionnaire, you can automatically save their contact information to your Lightfolio contacts list by enabling it in the settings.

Step 1: Go To Your Form or Questionnaire

  • Click on Forms in the vertical menu or the horizontal menu.
    ​

  • Go to the Forms sub-tab or Contact Forms sub-tab next to the My Forms header.
    ​

  • Click on the form that you want to edit the contact settings for.

Step 2: Open The Settings

  • In the Form Builder, click on the Settings gear icon in the upper right corner.

  • From the Edit Settings panel, click on the Auto Create Contact toggle switch.

  • Click on the red Save button to save your changes.

  • Your clients will now be automatically created as a new contact when they fill out your form or questionnaire.
