Step 1: Go To Your Form
Click on Forms in the vertical menu or the horizontal menu.
Go to the Forms sub-tab next to the My Forms header, then click on the form that you want to collect signatures through.
Step 2: Add a Text Field
In the Form Builder, hover over the last field or text block on your form.
βClick on the green circle plus icon below the content block to add a new field at the end of your form.
From the Add a Field box, click on the Single Line Text option in the leftmost column.
Step 3: Edit Your New Text Field And Save
After adding the single line text field, an Edit Field box panel will pop up.
Under the Required option, select the Yes checkbox.
Type in Signature for the field label.
βClick on the red Save button to save your changes.
When your clients view your form, they will be required to type in their signature before submitting it.
