Self-Fulfillment Overview
For certain types of orders made through your Gallery Store, such as selling digital downloads or sending prints to your preferred print lab, you can use the Self-Fulfilled option to complete orders manually.

Step 1: Add a New Price List
IMPORTANT! Make sure you’ve enabled online sales globally, and set up an online payment gateway before setting up your new price list.
On the Store Pricing page (from the pricing tab), click on the + New Price List button to create a new price list.
From the Add Price List box, edit the following fields:
Price List Name: Type in a name for your new price list.
From the Order Fulfillment drop-down list, you can choose from two options:
Self-Fulfilled - Common Items: To create a price list with common categories and items already created for you, such as prints and canvas wraps. You can edit or remove categories or products you don’t need.
Self-Fulfilled - Empty: Create an empty price list with no pre-added categories or products.
Currency: Choose what currency the price list and product prices should be in.
Click on the Save button when you're done.
Step 2: Assign Your New Price List To Your Gallery
Go to your Gallery Settings tab and click on Sales in the menu.
Under the Online Sales section, make sure the Enable Sales toggle is on.
Go to the Price List section and choose the new price list from the drop-down list.
Click on the Save Settings button after making your changes.
