A price list is like a digital catalog that allows you to fine-tune all of your products. Each square or tile on your price list (e.g., Prints, Downloads, etc) is a category for grouping individual products together.

You can add different products to specific categories on your price list.

Step 1: Go To Your Store Pricing Page

  • In the side menu, click on Store, then go to the Pricing tab in the vertical menu. The Store Pricing page will load.

  • From the drop-down list, choose the price list you want to add a new product item to.

  • Click on the + New Item button to add a new product/item.

Step 2: Create Your Item

  • From the Add Item box, select what type your item is. You can choose from the four options available:

    • Physical Goods (e.g., prints or albums)

    • Digital Downloads (e.g., gallery downloads)

    • Service (e.g., photo shoot)

    • Package (a combination of the items above)

  • In the Item Name field, name your item.

  • Click on the Create Item button.

Step 3: Edit and Save Product Details

  • Before saving your new item, provide the following information.

    • Price List Category (required): From the drop down list, choose which category the item should be grouped under.

      • Note: Add a new product category by clicking on the blue Add a New Category text.

    • Price (required): Type in the sales price for the item.

    • Cost (optional): Type in your goods cost.

    • Image Selection (optional): To require your client to choose an image, click on the Required radio button. For certain items, such as prints, this is important.

  • After adding the required details, scroll down and click on the Save Product button.
