Automatic Fulfillment Overview
By default, Lightfolio offers automatic fulfillment of your orders through Bay Photo Lab (US-based with international shipping) or Loxley Colour (UK-based with international shipping).
If you use one of our lab partners, they will produce and ship your orders for you. Packages are sent directly to your clients. The shipping cost is deducted from your clients' payment.
If you look at the Bay Photo Lab or LOXLEY price list on the Store Pricing page, it will show that the order fulfillment is completed by that specific lab.

IMPORTANT NOTE!
In order to send gallery orders to a lab, make sure you've set up an online payment gateway.
Step 1: Go to the Store Settings
In the side menu, click on Store, then go to the Settings tab in the vertical menu.
Under the Online Sales section, make sure the Enable Sales toggle switch us turned on.
If you would like to review lab-fulfilled orders (automatic-fulfillment orders) before they are sent to the lab for processing, make sure the Enable Order Review toggle switch is turned on (to green).
Step 2: Assign a Lab Price List To Your Gallery
To send your gallery orders to a lab automatically, you must assign the Bay Photo Lab price list or LOXLEY price list to your gallery.
Go to your Gallery Settings tab and click on Sales in the menu.
Under the Online Sales section, make sure the Enable Sales toggle is on.
Go to the Price List section and choose the Bay Photo Lab or LOXLEY price list from the drop-down list.
Click on the Save Settings button after making your changes.
When you preview your gallery, the Shop and Shopping Cart will be enabled. When your clients place an order, it will automatically be sent to the lab you chose.
