Go the gallery that you want to change the title for.

Click on the Gallery Thumbnail with Designer displayed over it in the upper left corner. The Designer Menu will load.

In the Designer Menu, click on Cover Text & Images.

From there, scroll down until you see the Headline section and change your title in the text box.

After making your changes, click the Save Button in the menu header.
