Step 1: Go to the General Access Settings
Go to the gallery that you want to set up Client-Only Access For.
Go to the gallery menu on the left, and click on Access.
From the General Access page, go to the Who Can View section with multiple radio buttons to click on (Everyone, Gallery PIN Required, etc).
Step 2: Enable Client Access Only
To set up client-only access to your gallery, click on the Client Access Only radio button.
Make sure the Enable Client Access switch is on.
In the Client Access section, you will see a List of Clients header. This is where you will add your clients.
To search for a current client, click on the Search for an Existing Contact field. Type in their name, and select them from the drop-down list.
To add a new client, click on the + New Client button. A box will pop up prompting you to enter their name and email address.
Step 3: Create Your Client’s Login
Once you have added your clients to the list, click on the blue Create Login text option under their email. A Create Login box will appear.
From here, enter a personalized password in the Password field, or leave it blank to auto generate a password.
If you want to email the login details to your client, select the Email Login Details to this Client checkbox. An email template will appear. You can edit the content of this email and include an email signature.
To create your client’s login, click on the Create Login button.
Note: If you choose to email your client, you will see a Create & Email Client button instead.
Step 4: Finalize Your Client Access Settings and Save
You can also give clients the option to hide individual images in the gallery by turning the Client Hide switch on.
Once you have created a login for each client in your list, click the Save Settings button.
Note: At any time, you can go back to these settings to reset the PIN or password for your clients and disable the login (remove Client Access).
