Note: This is an article covering the steps to set up Visitor Registration Access for a gallery. To set up a gallery PIN or Password, go to: Can I Password-Protect My Galleries?
Step 1: Go to the General Access Settings
Go to the Gallery that you want to set up Visitor Registration for.
From the Gallery menu on the left, click on Access.
From the General Access page, go to the Who Can View section.
The Everyone radio button is selected by default, meaning everyone is allowed access to the gallery.
Step 2: Set Up Visitor Registration
To set up visitor registration, click on the Visitor Registration radio button.
Edit the Registration Heading and Registration Message fields to personalize the text that visitors see.
In the Registration Fields section, you can do the following:
To display fields to collect someone's Name, Email, or Phone, select the checkbox.
To display a custom field on the Registration Prompt, select the Other checkbox.
Next, select the Required or Optional radio button to require or not require visitors fill out specific fields.
For example, if you want to require visitors to give their name when registering, select the Name checkbox, then click on the Required radio button.
Once you are finished changing your registration settings, click the Save Settings button.
Note: At any time, you can go back to these settings to disable Visitor Registration or change your Registration Field Settings.
