Note: This is an article covering the steps to set up Visitor Registration Access for a gallery. To set up a gallery PIN or Password, go to: Can I Password-Protect My Galleries?
Step 1: Go to the General Access Settings
Go to the Gallery that you want to set up Visitor Registration for. Click on the Settings tab on the menu, typically found on the left-hand side of the screen, and click on the Access menu item.
You will see a General Access Settings section with multiple radio buttons to click on. Everyone is the default gallery setting, meaning everyone is allowed access to the gallery.
Step 2b: Set Up Visitor Registration
To set up visitor registration, click on the Visitor Registration radio button.
In the Registration Fields section, you can do the following:
Select Information Fields: You can choose whether the Name, Email, Phone, and custom Other fields are visible on the Registration Prompt.
Set Fields as Required or Optional: For example, to require the name field for registration, click the Name checkbox, then click on the Required radio button.
Edit the Visitor Registration prompt text: You can personalize the text that visitors see by editing the Registration Heading and Registration Message fields.
Once you are finished changing your registration settings, click the Save Settings button.
Note: At any time, you can go back to these settings to disable Visitor Registration or change your Registration Field Settings.
