If you delete a folder with images, all the images in your folder will also be deleted. To avoid this, then move the images to another gallery entirely first.

Go To Your Gallery
After moving your images as directed in the note above, go to the gallery with the folders you want to delete.
From the horizontal gallery menu options, click on the Images folder list.
From the Add/Edit Folder box, click on the trash can Edit icon next to the folder that you want to delete.
A Delete Folder? prompt will appear. Click on the Yes, delete folder button and your folder will be deleted.
