Step 1: Go To Your Calendars Page
From the Studio Manager dashboard, go to the More tab, then click on Calendars in the dropdown menu.
On the Calendars page, go to the Lightfolio Calendars section, then click on the Add Feed button.
Step 2: Add Your Lightfolio Calendar
From the Add/Edit Calendar Feed box:
Give a name to your calendar in the Name field.
Click on the Feed Type field and choose whether to share tasks only, projects and mini-sessions only, or all (tasks, projects, and mini-sessions).
From the Employee field drop-down list, choose yourself or another person.
Click on the Save button.
Once you’ve added your Lightfolio Calendar, you’ll be able to share, edit, and delete your calendar.
Step 3: Email The iCal Link
On the Calendars page, click on the Email This Link under the Lightfolio Calendars section.
From the Email This Feed box, type in the email address you want to send your link to in the Email Address field, then click the Send button.
Example: Add Your Lightfolio Calendar to Your Google Calendar
From Lightfolio’s Calendars page or the email you sent sharing the link, copy your Lightfolio iCal URL.
Go to your Google calendar’s Add Calendar settings, then click on From URL in the side menu. Paste your Lightfolio iCal URL in the URL of Calendar field.
Click on the Add Calendar button.
