How to Create a Folder with Your Client’s Favorites

Copy your client's favorites to a folder inside the Favorites Activity tab.

Step 1: Access the Gallery Settings

  • First, open the gallery where you want to copy your client’s favorites to a new folder.

  • Go to the Settings menu, then scroll down and click on the Favorites item.


Step 2: Copy Your Client’s Favorites

  • In the Favorites List section, click on the Activity tab.

  • Under the Favorite Lists section, you may have more than one favorites list. Select the list that you want to copy to a folder.

  • Click on the Copy Icon, located to the right of the Selections header.


Step 3: Name Your Folder and Publish The Folder

  • After clicking the Copy Icon, a Copy Favorites To Folder box will appear.

  • In the Folder Name field, name your new folder (e.g., “Favorites”). The Publish Folder toggle should be switched on by default.

  • Click on the Copy Button to finish copying your favorites over to a folder.

  • If you preview the gallery, your new folder should appear in the menu.
