How Can I View or Send Messages On a Booked Session?

To add a message for a client on a booked session, or access your message history to a client on a booked session, follow these steps.

Step 1: Go to Your Mini-Session

  • Go to the Project Overview page.

  • From the list on the left, click on open the mini-session that you want to view the message history for.โ€‹

Step 2: Open Your Booked Session

  • When your Mini-Session loads on your page, click on the booked session that you want to view the messaging history forโ€‹.

  • From the booked session details, click on the Messages icon next to the Actions button.

  • A Messages box will pop up, allowing you to view and send messages.
