How Do I Send Automated Gallery Expiration Reminder Emails to My Clients?

Follow these steps to enable and set up the schedule for your automated gallery expiration email template.

Step 1: Go To The Studio Manager Dashboard

  • Go to the Studio Manager Dashboard and click on the More tab menu option.

  • From the drop-down menu, click on Email Templates.

  • On the email templates page, select the checkbox next to the Gallery Expiration Reminder email template if it isn't already.

  • To set up your email schedule, click on the blue Edit text next to the Gallery Expiration Reminder email template.

Step 2: Edit The Template and Save

  • Once the email template loads, click on the + New Schedule button.

  • An empty days field will appear. Type in the number of days that should trigger an automated email before the gallery expires (e.g., 30 or 14).

    • To add another automated email for a certain number of days, click on the + New Schedule button.

    • To delete a field, click on the trash can icon located to the right.

  • Once you’re done making changes, click on the Save button.
