Step 1: Go To The Studio Manager Dashboard

  • Go to the Studio Manager Dashboard and click on the More tab menu option.

  • From the drop-down menu, click on Email Templates.

  • On the email templates page, click on the blue Edit text next to the email template you’d like to edit.

Step 2: Manually Edit Your Template

  • In the Email Details section, you can manually edit the Template Name field, Subject field, and the Message field.

  • To include an email signature, select the Include Signature checkbox.

  • If you want to revert to the default template settings, click on the Restore Original Template text under the Message field.

Note: Some templates can be disabled by de-selecting the Enabled Yes checkbox.

Step 3: Add/Edit Tokens to Personalize Your Template and Save

  • To personalize your email’s subject or message using a token:

    • Insert your text cursor in the field you want to add a token to.

    • Type in the pound sign or hashtag symbol # first.

    • After typing in the # symbol, a drop-down list will appear. Scroll through drop-down list for the token you want to add.

      • You can also search for the token you want to add by typing the letters of the name (e.g., “cl” for Client).

  • Once you’re done making changes, click on the Save button.

Note: Certain templates have required tokens which cannot be edited or removed, which is shown in the Required Tokens section on the left side of the page.
