When you cancel a paid subscription, your plan will change to Lightfolio’s free tier for the products you were subscribed to (e.g., Client Galleries, Studio Manager, etc). After cancelling your subscription, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period. You will not be billed again for this subscription.
NOTE FOR CLIENT GALLERY SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you cancel a paid Client Gallery subscription, your storage quota will be reduced to the amount allowed in the free tier.
If your gallery storage quota is exceeded, Lightfolio will notify you of the quota shortfall. Galleries that exceed the storage quota are subject to deletion.
Once you receive this email, take the time to remove the galleries or images you don't need.
Step 1: Access Your Account Settings
Click on your business name in the top right corner.
From the drop-down menu, click on the Subscription option.
Step 2: Cancel Your Subscription
On the Settings page, look for the Active Subscriptions section in the upper left.
Click on the three-dot icon next to your current subscription plan, then click on the Cancel option.
A dialog box will pop up. Click the OK button to confirm cancelling your subscription.
