How To Cancel Your Lightfolio Subscription

Note: When you cancel a paid subscription, your plan will change to Lightfolio’s free tier for all the products you were subscribed to (e.g., Client Galleries, Studio Manager, etc).

IMPORTANT INFO ON CLIENT GALLERY SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • If you cancel a paid Client Gallery subscription, you’ll have less gallery storage.

  • If your gallery storage is exceeded, Lightfolio will email you explaining that your gallery storage quota has been exceeded, and that some of your galleries will eventually be deleted.

    • Once you receive this email, take the time to remove the galleries or images you don't need.


Step 1: Access Your Account Settings

  • Click on your business name in the top right corner.

  • From the drop-down menu, click on the Subscription option.​

Step 2: Cancel Your Subscription

  • On the Settings page, look for the Active Subscriptions section in the upper left.

  • Click on the three-dot icon next to your current subscription plan, then click on the Cancel option.

  • A dialog box will pop up. Click the OK button to confirm cancelling your subscription.
