Manage Custom Links and Social Media Links On Your Booking Site

To manage your social media links or custom links on your booking site, follow these steps.

Step 1: Go To Your Booking Site Page

  • Go to the Studio Manager Dashboard.

  • Click on the Bookings tab, then select Booking Site from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Display Your Social Icons or Custom Links

  • From the Booking Site page, scroll down to the Custom Links and Social Icons sections.

  • To show custom links, select the Show Links checkbox.

  • To show social media icons or links, select the Show Social Icons checkbox.

Note: To hide either custom links or social media icons, deselect the Links checkbox or Social Icons checkbox.

Step 3: Add a Custom Link

  • Under the Links section, click on the + New Link button.

  • From the Custom Links box, type a name for your new link (e.g, Official Website) in the Text field.

  • Type in or paste the link in the URL field.

  • Click on the Save button to add your custom link.

  • Under the links section, your new custom link will appear.

Note: To edit or delete your link, click on the blue Edit or Del text to the right.

Step 4: Edit Your Social Media Links

  • Under the Social Icons section, click on the blue Manage My Social Media Links text.

  • Your Settings page will load. Scroll down to the Social Media Links section.

  • Go to the field corresponding to the social media site that you use, and type in your profile link.

    • For example, to add your Instagram account on your booking site, type in or paste the link to your account in the Instagram field.

  • Once you’re done adding the links to your social media, scroll down and click on the Save Changes button.

  • Your booking site will display the social media icons that you added.
