Step 1: Go to the Coupons Page
Go to the Studio Manager Dashboard.
Click on the More drop-down menu tab, then choose Coupons.
From the Coupons page, click on the Add Coupon button.
Step 2: Choose a Coupon Type
An Add Coupon box will pop up.
To use a fixed amount (e.g., $10), select the Coupon - Fixed Amount radio button.
To use a percentage-based amount (e.g., 20%), select the Coupon - Percentage radio button.
Click on the Next button after making your choice.
Step 3: Add Your Coupon
When creating a coupon, three options are most important:
Code field: Type in the code for your coupon without spaces.
Coupon Is For: Sets whether the coupon is applied to bookings (mini-sessions or job types), or galleries.
Amount field: Type in the total coupon fixed or percentage amount.
You can also change these optional settings for your coupon.
To set an expiration date, type in or choose a date in the Expiration Date field.
To set a minimum order total, type in an amount in the Minimum Total field.
To limit how much your coupon is used, type in the max number of times it can be used in the Maximum Uses field.
To allow your coupon to be applied to shipping, select the Apply To Shipping checkbox.
Click on the Save button to save your coupon.
Note: To learn how to limit you coupon to specific bookings or galleries, go to Step 4.
Step 4: Limit Your Coupon To Specific Bookings or Galleries
You can limit your coupon so that it can only be used for specific mini-session or job type bookings, or specific galleries.
On the Coupons page, click on the blue Edit text on the right side of the row.
From the Edit Coupon box, go to the This Coupon Can Be Used For section.
Click on Specific Bookings or Specific Galleries radio button.
To add a gallery or booking:
For galleries, go to the Galleries empty field and choose a gallery from the drop-down list.
For bookings, go to the Minis/Job Types empty field and choose a mini-session or job type from the drop-down list.
Click on the Add button.
You can add another mini-session, job type, or gallery by following the same steps again.
Once you’re done making your changes to your coupon, click on the Save button.
Your coupons will show their changes on the Coupons page.
