This article covers how to create coupons for bookings, such as mini sessions or job type bookings. For Gallery Store coupons, see How To Create Coupons For Your Gallery Store for details.
Step 1: Go to the Coupons Page
Go to the Studio Manager Dashboard.
Click on the More drop-down menu tab, then choose Coupons.
From the Coupons page, click on the Add Coupon button.
Step 2: Choose a Coupon Type
An Add Coupon box will pop up.
To use a fixed amount (e.g., $10), select the Coupon - Fixed Amount radio button.
To use a percentage-based amount (e.g., 20%), select the Coupon - Percentage radio button.
Click on the Next button after making your choice.
Step 3: Add Your Coupon
When creating a coupon, three options are most important:
Code field: Type in the code for your coupon without spaces.
In the Coupon Is For section, select the Bookings radio button. This will set your coupon to apply to mini-sessions or job-type bookings.
Amount field: Type in the total coupon amount (e.g., $5 off or 5%).
You can also change these optional settings for your coupon.
Set an Expiration Date: Type in or choose a date in the Expiration Date field.
Set a Minimum Order Total: Type in an amount in the Minimum Total field (e.g., 20).
Limit Your Coupon Usage: Type in the max number of times the coupon can be used in the Maximum Uses field.
Allow Coupon to Apply to Shipping: To allow your coupon to be applied to shipping, select the Apply To Shipping checkbox.
Click on the Save button to save your coupon.

Step 4: Limit Your Coupon To Specific Bookings
You can limit your coupon so that it can only be used for specific mini-session or job type bookings.
On the Coupons page, click on the blue Edit text on the right side of the row.
From the Edit Coupon box, go to the This Coupon Can Be Used By section. Select the Specific Bookings radio button.
Go to the Minis/Job Types empty field and choose a mini-session or job type from the drop-down list.
Click on the Add button.
You can add another mini-session or job type by following the same steps again.
Once you’re done making your changes to your coupon, click on the Save button.
Your coupons will show their changes on the Coupons page.
