This article covers how to change a project booking’s or job status from one of the following: Lead, Booked, or Archive.

Go To Your Project Overview Page
Go to the side menu and click on Projects (under Studio Manager).
You can also go to the Studio Manager Dashboard’s Projects tab and choose Projects from the drop-down menu.
Change a Lead or Booked Job Status
To change a project booking’s Lead or Booked job status, click on the project you want to edit from the scrollable projects list on the left.
When the project details appear on the right side of the screen, the job status for a booking will show “Lead” or “Booked” or “Archived” next to the booking’s date and time.
Click on the Job Type Status button (e.g., Booked). Choose a new status from the drop down list.
When the Are you sure? dialog box pops up, click on the OK button.
Archive a Project
Click on the project you want to edit from the scrollable projects list on the left.
When the project details appear on the right side of the screen, the job status for a booking will show “Lead” or “Booked”.
Click on the Lead status or Booked status button, and choose Archive from the drop-down list.
An Archive Project box will appear.
Select an option from the Archive Reason drop-down list, then click on the Archive button.
