Step 1: Go To Your Projects

You can manually create a project through the Studio Manager.​

  • Go to the side menu and click on Projects under Studio Manager.

  • The Projects Overview page will load with your current and upcoming projects and mini-sessions.

  • From there, click on the + New button in the upper corner of the scrollable projects list (on the left side of the screen).

Step 2: Create a Project Manually

  • From the Add Calender Item box, click on the + New Project button.

  • When the Add/Edit Project box appears:

    • Type in a Project Name.

    • Fill out the Start Date field.

    • The End Date field is optional but available.

    • Select a Job Type from the drop-down list.

  • Once the required fields are completed, click on the Save button.

  • The new project will be added to the scrollable projects list.

Automatically Create Projects Through Bookings

When a client completes a booking on the Booking Site for a Job Type, that booking will automatically be added as a project.

  • For example, say Victoria creates a booking at 5:00PM on 04/30 for the Portraits With Payment job type through your booking site.

  • After completing the booking, Victoria's Portraits With Payment booking will automatically appear as a project on your Projects Overview page.
