Note: In order to accept payments through a form, you must have a payment method enabled (Stripe, Paypal, Venmo, Pay Later, etc) in your Settings first. If you haven’t set up any payment methods yet, see How Do I Manage My Payment Method Options?
Step 1: Go to the Forms Page
Go to the Forms page, then go to the Forms sub-tab next to the My Forms header.
Click on the form that you want to edit, and it will open in the Form Builder.
Step 2: Add Your Products
Adding your products to your form is optional. To skip ahead and learn how to add a payment field, go to Step 3.
To add a Product field, hover over a field and click on the green circle plus icon.
From the Add a Field box, click on the Product option in the left column.
After adding the product field, an Edit Field panel will appear.
If you want to make a choice or an answer required, select the Yes checkbox.
In the Label field, type in a description of the product category.
In the Choices section, products have two fields:
In the long field, type in a product name/description.
In the shorter field under the long field, type in the product price.
To add a new product choice, click on the blue + Add New Option text.
In the Instructions field, you can type in specific instructions as needed.
To save your changes, click on the red Save button.
Step 3: Add a Payment Field
In order to collect payments online through your form, make sure you’ve set up a payment method (Stripe, Paypal, Venmo, Pay Later, etc) in your Settings.
To add a Payment field, hover over a field, like a header, and click on the green circle plus icon.
From the Add a Field box, click on the Payment option in the left column.
After adding the payment field, an Edit Field panel will appear.
To choose another currency option, click on the Currency drop-down list.
In the Price field, you can type in a price or leave it blank. For example, if you charge a $20 fee for prints, type in that amount in the price field.
In the Payment Methods section, click on and set a tick mark next to the options you want to use.
To save your changes, click on the red Save button.
