This article covers how to share your form or questionnaire via email, or by sharing it through a link.
Go To Your Form or Questionnaire
From the Forms page, go to the Forms subtab or Contact Forms subtab next to the My Forms header.
Open the form or questionnaire you want to share.
In the Form Builder, click on the Share button in the vertical options menu.
Email Your Form or Questionnaire
In the Share Form box, go to the Email tab.
Add the client email you want to share the form with in the Email To field.
By default, the Subject field is the form or questionnaire name, but you can change this if you want to.
The email Message field also has a default message that you can edit and format if necessary.
Once you’ve added your client’s email, click on the Send Email Invitation button to share via email.
A green toaster message stating “The form was successfully sent” will appear in the bottom right corner after you send it.
Copy Links or Code and Share Your Form
In the Share Form box, the other three tabs allow you to share your form or questionnaire via a link or code.
To copy the URL only, (best for things like Discord, Instagram, etc) go to the URL tab and click the copy button.
To use an anchor tag (HTML Link) for your website, go to the Anchor Tag tab and click the copy button.
To embed your form on your website or another site, go to the Embed tab and click the copy button.
From there, you can paste the copied content and share your form or questionnaire externally.
