This article is about adding another signing participant (i.e., adding another signature field for a participant) in the Signatures content block on your document.
If you’d rather manage the participants in your Parties content block of your document, please see How Do I Add a Participant to My Document?
Note: On Lightfolio, the people in a Signatures content block or Parties content block on a document are called Participants. When you add yourself on a document, you’re also considered a participant.
Step 1: Go to Your Document
Click on Documents in the side vertical menu or in the horizontal menu.
If you haven’t created the document yet, create your document now.
If you’ve already created a document, go to the Recent Documents section and click on the document that you want to edit.
